I am 19 and want to adopt my two my half sisters. They live with my aunt who adopted them when they were little because there parents weren't fit to care for them. My sisters are struggling to get along with my aunt and generally don't like living there. Do you think I can adopt them?

If they've already been adopted I do not see how you could adopt them.
