I worked for a company,in a dupont plant for 6 years,another company bought us out,completed another background check for the new company,had to get my TWIC card,osha training etc. Worked in the plant on/off for a year.The company i work for sent dupont a copy of my background check without my consent to dupont,i can no longer work in the plant,what are my legal rights.
