Progressive is trying to sue me for accident from back in 03. They are saying i wasnt covered at the time of the incident. I had just purchased a truck which you cant drive off the lot without proof of insurance. They had made a mistake and pulled me from the policy which i didnt find out about till after the fact. upon first contacting them they found where i was i was wrongfully removed and said that everything is taken care of after admitting they were at fault. Now they are trying to sue me for that accident.

trying??? if you have been sued, hire a lawyer as it sounds like you have a countersuit..but trying..means..a collection effort..which may give u a right to sue for violation of fair collection practices.....
