your question should be modified to read p0151, a generic (on non manufacturer specific) fault code. the "bank" refers to the side of the engine, the sensor number refers to the second sensor in said bank. it is a rear, or after cat, o2 sensor. im guessing you have a v6, hence the bank determination. bank one will be the side of the engine with cyclinder 1. therefore, bank 2 will be the side without. your first sensor will be before the cat. have fun trying to get it off a 12 yr old car. it will be corroded into the exhaust.
