I moved to FL and not familiar with a new for me area. My future landlord has prepared me to sign a lease agreement,where in case of premature severance of agreement I'll have to make up the full amount of the remaining months. Is this legal imposing penalty for nonperformance of contract that way ? Is there a limit? In my opinion, one month is enough for a landlord to find another tenant. Such an agreement looks like a sentence.
