My husband of 11 years a few days ago received a letter in the mail from a former girlfriend of 18 years ago. She stated that he has 1 daughter who is now 17 years old. I realize the first step is a DNA test. My question is, is he financially responsible for thsi child? She went to court in 1995 to collect child support for her children and her boyfriend at the time took DNA test and they found out girl was not his but the boy was. What are your thoughts?
