Question

Estate was opened in Michigan, will was a pour over to a trust, there is also property in st. Lucie county Florida. I am personal representative here in Michigan, what type of Florida deed do I need to transfer the Florida property to the revocable trust that was set up but parent did failed to quit claim the Florida property into the trust?

Answer

If the property was not placed in the trust, then you will probably have to go through a court process in Florida called ancillary administration. These are common place in Florida because of all the vacation homes. You will probably need to contact a probate attorney licensed in Florida to handle the matter.
