In Florida, Can a convicted battery felon with time served and no probation, own a cross bow or compound bow to be kept in the house for self protection.
Answer
I must admit I don't know the answer for sure, so do more research to be sure, but my best guess would be that it is legal. After all it is not a firearm, but knowing how state and federal laws work, there may be exceptions that would exclude convicted felons from being allowed to possess something such as a crossbow or other bow.
