my brother in law's car got rammed into and he got hurt as well by a drunk man who fled the scene it all started with a conflict what can we do?
Answer
If he is hurt, he needs to seek immediate medical attention. He should also speak with a personal injury attorney to discuss any potential case he may have. I would be glad to answer any questions you may have.

Answer
Mr. Polan is correct.
Medical attention is a first priority, he should also consult with a personal injury lawyer.
Our firm represents people like your brother in law. I am an attorney at the firm and I would be happy to discuss his options with him (FREE, no cost consultation). Matters to consider will be payment for medical expenses (even if your brother in law doesn't have insurance) and getting his vehicle repaired or paid for.
Give me a call to discuss these matters further: 512-478-8080, or if you need to contact me after business hours: 512-827-7548 (7 days a week: 8AM to 10PM).
Good Luck!
Answer
Since you filed your question under criminal law, I will answer in my area. Hopefully you contacted the police and gave them all the information that you had about the person who rammed the car. Other than wait for the police to find this person, if they can, there is nothing more than you can do about the situation from a criminal law point of view.
You might be able to get some money compensation from the victim witness program but probably not if you have insurance.
