My husband and I are seperated but neither has filed for divorce. I started seeing someone else and we will be going on vacation to Florida. My husband said it was out of the question for me to take our two yr. old daughter with me. We share custody where he gets her the 4 days that I work and I get her the 4 days I'm off. Wondering what my leagal right is?
