My wife and I were previously married. I have two children from the prev marriage (both adults), and my wife has two children from her prev marriage (both minors). What is the appropriate Will for us to fill out? Thanks much. William Horn, [email protected]/* */

There really isn't a "one size fits all" situation here. A lot will depend on the size of the estate, and the ultimate goals. Since she has minor kids, the most common approach would be a testamentary trust for her children. For you, it's dealer's choice. You can get away with a simple will, or use a trust, if you like.
