I'm moving into an apartment with 3 other roommates (student living). I was assigned bedroom C which in the floor plan is upstairs, but they're saying the floor plan isn't correct, and that my bedroom is downstairs. They have no proof, other than what their saying. I have a floor plan along with me and my roommates assigned rooms. Do I have a case to stay to the bedroom I'm assigned to?

I suggest you have the person who assigned you the rooms to come to the facility and explain to your room mates who is getting what. Be aware that you are probably stiring up problems if there is already an argument about who gets what.
