Why is Kakashi's sharingan so powerful even though he isn't an Uchiha?
Because he is such an exemplary ninja that his ability to use genjutsu, ninjutsu, and taijutsu is on a level that learning new moves is much easier for him to learn and master than it is for others. Also, it is because his sharingan eye came from an uchicha, obito, and he had such a strong connection with him, that might have caused him to work even harder because of the fact that it was given to him as his dying best friend last wish.It might due to the fact that the eye was already pretty well developed by obito that kakashi was not just given the base level of the sharingan abilities, but a already developed one.Lastly, the reason why he is able to master the ultimate uchicha technique, magekyo sharingan, was due to the fact that he did it for his late best friend, whose grave he visits every day.Because Obito (his past teammate) gave it to him right before Obito died. He was an Uchiha therefore his Sharingan was very powerful and that allowed Kakashi to be a very powerful ninja.
