if i was arrested when i was 17 for false id to leo and got sent to a program and caught a charge at the program after the fact my case was overturned due to me making an appeal and my program did not know due to poor contact and now im on adult probation, is there any way i can file a lawsuit on the cop and/ or court and get my probation dismissed?

If you won the appeal, then why are you on probation? If you pled guilty or no contest, then the charge doesn't go away and you can't sue the cops if you have pled out to the charge. It may be possible to get your probation terminated early but there is not enough information on here to answer that question. You should contact an attorney to find out more information.
