What should you make for a graduation gift for an 8th grader?
Depends on what they like in terms of pastries and flavors. I think baked goods make a nice presentation. You can make a two layer cake, cupcakes, a cheesecake, chocolate covered strawberries, cookies. You can also make the pastry themed by decorating them with a scroll for a diploma and a graduation hat.
