If a law clerk grants a motion but the judge denies it, is it still valid? Especially if the plaintiff moves to the be on the short calendar for termination of mediation, but the judge denied it.



Answer

judges determination usually overrules a clerks rulling. If you are reprsenting yourself pro se, there may be a number of actual defenses you may have to the mortgage itself. It may be possilbe to have the mortgage set aside, depending on the circumstances. It may be in your bes intrests to consult with an attorney.
