I owe my ex landlord money from past due rent and utilities. I am paying them back monthly, at an agreed to amount. They filed on Oct 18th, and then cashed a payment check on Oct 28th. My question is, what are the chances of the judge dismissing this, since I am, and have been making payments? Thank you.
