I have been marrie 9 and 1/2 years and would like to know if I got divorced would I be entitled to half of all of my husbands assets. I did not sign a pre nup.

In Pennsylvania the marital estate (assets & liability) are split under equitable distribution. The theory being that the estate is divided so that both parties have enough to move on in their lives. Sometimes the estate is divided 50-50. Sometimes 60-40. Sometimes different assets are split in different percentages. It really depends on the facts of a given case.
