Question

Having power of attourney with dual signatures required but not enforced, what are the consequences? What should I do if I have gotten word that my grandmothers will has been changed illegally?

Answer

Any documents signed in a manner not provided by the power of attorney are not valid. You may need to interdict your grandmother as she may not be able to handle her affairs. A curator should be appointed to protect her interests and void any unlawful agreements
