I purchased the loaded garage pack for need for speed rivals on ps4 and it installed and downloaded yet i have no cars in the game help?

I purchased the loaded garage pack for need for speed rivals on ps4 and it installed and downloaded yet i have no cars in the game help?
Sadly, NFS stated that PlayStation users don't get the ultimate car pack with it.
