My husband and I divorced last year. He has until April 2012 to refinance the mortgage to remove me from the loan. He did obtain a court order to have me removed from the deed last August. What recourse do I have if he does not get the property refinanced by April.

Ask the court to hold him in contempt of court by filing an Order to Show Cause.
